DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Overtime Fitness advertises their Open House 11/22/2013 by throwing a clear plastic bag which contains 2 large thick glossy paper sheets and sand more or less in each driveway. I found a lot of these bags this morning on my walk so I assume they were tossed sometimes on the weekend. Most people dont pick the bags up and they end up in the storm drains. 3 different components plastic, paper and sand. I consider this littering. Please tell Overtime Fitness to stop this practice.
