DETAIL DESCRIPTION
The truck in front of me opened his door, and threw what looked like a small glass light bulb out of his car, right onto the street. I honked to try to get his attention, but he didnt care. I drove next to him to see if I can get his attention, but his windows were up and had tinted windows. He was with a passenger, the passenger was an African American female, I couldnt see the driver. I took a picture of his license plate just as the light was turning green. |
